Introductions - length of term as advisor (shortest: 3 months - 1 semester, longest: 17 years)

Leadership Camp - dates vary greatly, what is a good date? May 30 - June 1 (Fri-Sat-Sun) - depends on being able to find a location...

PAM (Rob Carey asked people's opinions)- the good, the bad and the ugly!
  • Steve N. (PVCC) said it was great,
  • Jorge (SCC), discussed at issues regarding the close date,
  • Difficulty with uploading data? Yes (Butch Hoffman, IT person at GWCC, has a script)
  • Pam (GCC) students who want to use PAM who do not have a credit card - is there a way they can pay by check; eChecks? PayPal?
  • Upload issues contact Rob Carey (

Do we need more events? Advisors feel yes, yesterday students felt similarly when asked during campaigning was in process.

Who will judge Cactus Bowl? Students!

Comments:
Honors 2007 - topics were great, seminar groups were executed very well - Ernie shared that students raved about the event! Others shared that it was very well received.

Ernie shared about the value of mentoring. How much students already know about Chapter Programming - they really value the advice of the advisor. We need to have more experiences like the ones we had in Flagstaff.
